| Donations Needed...Great PR Opportunity! If you or someone you know has a business to promote, donating an item to our Fall Kickoff party is a great way to get the word out! This year we had close to 100 guests at our kickoff, and many new members, most of whom are new to the area and looking to discover local businesses. | Get Involved! Hard to believe we are already approaching the time of year when we need to think about filling next year's board and activity chairperson positions! Any current or past board member or activity chair will tell you this is a great way to make new friends and really get to know our members. Don't be shy about stepping up even if you're new to us...many positions require minimal time and effort, and all of us "old-timers" are more than willing to lend a hand. Cheryl will be circulating a list of open positions soon, but if there is something you are interested in working on, or you have an idea for a new group or activity, please don't hesitate to contact her. |
